We offer free shipping for all Nutrisense CGM Plans. Members typically receive their first shipment 3-6 days after order completion.

Eligibility & Compatible Devices
Some Nutrisense programs require eligibility for a free, managed prescription, provided through our partners. If you complete a purchase, but you are not eligible for a prescription, you will be refunded automatically.

To qualify, you must be:
- 18 or older
- Not currently pregnant
- Not currently taking exogenous insulin
- Not currently taking any diabetes medication other than Metformin or Pioglitazone
- Not currently undergoing cancer treatment
- Not actively experiencing a diagnosed eating disorder
Mobile Device Eligibility‍
To connect your CGM data to the Nutrisense App, members must use a mobile device that is Bluetooth compatible.
Pause or cancel anytime
Members may pause an active subscription for a single month inside the Nutrisense app.
Cancellations
1 Month Commitments may be cancelled without a fee once the commitment is met.

3, 6, and 12 Month Commitments can be cancelled before the commitment is met with an additional fee.

Insurance Coverage
Insurance coverage is dependent on plan details. However, most members pay $0 out-of-pocket for 3 or more video calls per year. To determine your eligibility, Nutrisense offers a free eligibility check with scheduling.
If your insurance includes a copay, Nutrisense will provide notice of this ahead of your scheduled call.
Cancellation
To cancel a video call, members can find the reschedule or cancel link in the appointment details email. Cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment are free, but any cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $75 fee. Regardless of coverage, insurance will not cover or reimburse this cancellation fee.

Shipping
Once your eligibility is confirmed, it will be sent to the pharmacy for processing. Typically, the process takes about 3-5 business days from start to finish for your medication to be delivered to your door. Shipping costs are included in your program price.

Eligibility
To access our services, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be 18 years old or older.
- You must reside or be physically present in one of the states where we offer services.
- You must have a demonstrated medical need for treatment. For certain conditions, this may necessitate recent lab results.
- The American Board of Obesity Medicine recommends treatment guidelines for patients with a BMI > 30, as well as those with weight-related co-morbidities and a BMI > 27.
These co-morbidities recognized by the American Board of Obesity Medicine include:
- High cholesterol
- Fatty Liver Disease
- High Blood Pressure
- Obstructive sleep apnea
- Pre-diabetes
- Type 2 Diabetes
- HbA1c above 5.7

Cancellation and Ongoing Care
As you progress in the Nutrisense Prescription Weight Loss program, you'll check in monthly with your program physician. These check-ins will help adjust your dosage and personalize your program for you.
If you wish to stop using your prescription or become otherwise ineligible, you'll be able to cancel your upcoming prescription and program membership with your program physician.
