We’ll also talk about the types of food you enjoy or dislike and review your health and family history. This session is about getting a comprehensive picture of your lifestyle so we can provide truly personalized support.

We’ll also set clear, achievable goals – both short and long-term. Your personal nutritionist will work with you to create a plan that includes actionable steps you can start right away. We believe in providing accountability and ensuring that you feel supported throughout your journey. After this initial session, we’ll set up a follow-up schedule tailored to your needs and your insurance coverage, making sure we’re working with what’s best for you.
