Kristina Halberg, RDN
Kristina Halberg is a registered dietitian nutritionist who has worked with a variety of focus areas including overall wellness, optimal metabolic health and energy, weight loss, fitness nutrition, meal planning and getting creative in the kitchen, reducing inflammation, gut health, and women's health.
Kristina's approach is simple, yet effective science driven. She focuses on individualized care and personalization along with lifestyle factors. She views each person as an individual, focusing on whole foods, balancing nutrition in a way that is realistic and science-based, with their unique lifestyle and activity levels in mind as well. She believes applying wellness principles in your everyday life consistently will allow you to achieve your goals and improve your energy.
Kristina holds a Bachelors Degree in Health Promotion, Community Health Education from Northern Arizona University as well as a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics from Arizona State University. She competed her Dietetic Internship with Iowa State University and believes there is no one-size-fits-all to health and nutrition. She also believes healthy is a vibe—when you're healthy, you feel it.
Kristina is a sunset loving Arizona girl, born and raised and currently lives on the South Shore of Kauai! She is an energetic dog (+cat) mom and lover of cupcakes and carrots, especially together as in carrot cake!
